Job Description:


Please apply only if you have the Flexibility to work within banking hours from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday - Friday as well as Saturday hours as needed

Performs a variety of duties for the customer by receiving and paying out of money and keeping accurate records. This position is responsible for accurate financial transactions while providing efficient and friendly service in a busy environment.  

Requirements  

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience for atleast one year
  • Accurate with numbers
  • Good interpersonal skills to communicate policies, procedures, and objectives effectively and positively to customers
  • Must be able to quickly and accurately respond to customer inquiries and requests in a demanding service environment
  • Acquire a basic understanding of banking in order to balance transactions
  • Have sufficient knowledge of office equipment and computer technology to operate programs and equipment within the branch
  • Capable of handling customer contact situations tactfully and professionally
  • Once hired, must successfully complete Fundamentals Training, Teller Training and Customer Service Training
