Application Specialist - Complete all steps required in the processing of debit card and ACH disputes. Be able to recognize fraud patterns when processing disputes; process daily card orders; deliver accurate and timely responses as required by regulations; maintain compliance within all products for regulatory requirements; observe all security and privacy requirements of the position.
Application Systems Analyst IV - Provide comprehensive application support according to established service levels, policies, and procedures. The position will also be responsible for interpreting, analyzing and coding various IT requirements involving programs, queries, software applications and databases. The position may supervise less experienced Application Specialists and provide project management, training, mentoring and coaching.
Branch Manager - Manage daily operations of the office; business development calls to solicit new business; generate consumer loans; participate in community events; coach employees; provide the highest level of customer service possible. Management, customer service, sales and loan experience preferred. Prior bank management experience required.
Business Banking Relationship Manager - Manage and grow portfolio of business and professional customers. Provide product, operational and client fulfillment support in order to achieve unparalled customer satisfaction. Commercial or Business Lending experience required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
VP/Compliance Officer - The successful candidate must demonstrate functional and experiential knowledge of all aspects of risk management and compliance. Experience in a retail banking environment os preferred. Candidates must possess a minimum 7 years experience in risk management, compliance, BSA/AML or other related functions. A four year degree is strongly preferred.
Cash Management/Merchant Services Account Manager - Conduct joint and independent calling to present and sell cash management and merchant services to existing and potential business customers. Acting as liaison between the company and the merchants, referring merchants to other officers or departments in the company for additional financial services. Explain all aspects of acsh management and merchant services, including merchant discounts, fees, depository arrangements and service. Ability and willingness to travel within the market.
Computer Operator - Minimum 1 year IBM iSeries experience. Intermediate computer operations skills, working knowledge of MS Windows, Word and Excel. Ability to perform routine computer operations with or without direct supervision. Must be able to work every other weekend. Hours: 12:00am(midnight) to 8:00am.
Customer Service Representative - Previous customer service experience required. Seeking confident, enthusiastic, and natural communicators with a true focus on customer service. Prior banking experience preferred, but not required.
Network Administrator III - Perform implementation and support for assigned systems, evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies. Performs general recovery, general network/server administration functions for assigned systems. MCSE 2003 and 6 years experience in Network/Server Administration preferred.
Product Planning & Development Manager - Research and propose potential products or product changes using sound business case methodology. Assure legal, regulatory and policy compliance. Coordinate and manage vendor relationships. High level of interpersonal communication skills necessary.
Recovery Specialist - Responsibilities will be handling the proper documentation of the Overdraft Recovery Program, checking accounts on a daily basis for overdrafts, etc., and collecting DDA accounts which are overdrawn. Helping out in the recovery of repos and charged off loans. Dealing with problem accounts on a daily basis. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, 10 key skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Teller - Minimum 1 year cash handling experience. Prior teller experience preferred.
